I had a Dog who two Doctor's said she has congestive heart failure and was given two weeks to live. The Dr put her on a drug, call Vasoteck, not sure of the spelling but happily she lived 5 years more.

The medicine was very expensive but I was in turn made very happy.I have found out through life that the person who came up with a "A Dog is man's best friend" is so very very true..

Oh yeh of course, Vets charge more to care for a dog than human doctors charge to care for a human, maybe if you guys didnt charge us 700$ or more everytime we bring our dog we could afford to take them there, and Banfeild isnt much better, shit I have a few dogs and you have no idea how the vets are ripping me off… Im starting to think its all bullshit… I have had very bad experiences with vets, even had one take my dog in the back and demand 1500$ from me "or my dog would die" more to come

my dog coughs very often…we did a lot of researches , rtg, ekg and blood research. Everything is ok. He is 9 months now, it is a mix of shih and bichon. I don't know what's going on… sometimes it looks like he was choking or he couldn't breath… what the f*** is that? ;/ some minutes ago he was choking . it was only a little royal canin piece. he didn't bite it and he swallowed it but it was so little! i thought i can't help him anymore! but luckily it stopped.

maybe someone knows what could that be? this coughing everytime? can't stand it anymore… i cannot look at him when he suffers! ;( sometimes i'd rather die than look at it all…
