The best thing to me to apply to the animals skin when dry from being itchy from w/e reason is MINERAL OIL it is gr8 they feel wonderful as soon as its put on-instant relief and its safe if they lick it 2 it would actually be good 4 them since it is intended for lubricating the stomach I never live without it
