my dog has a total of around 10..we give him pills for it but it doesnt seem to work

I think my dog might have just had a seizure. I'm not sure though, she kid of just started walking funny and fell over then started kicking her legs a little, then when she finally got up she kinda served back and forth a little. Do the dogs always show signs of having a seizure?, cause my dog has always had issues with "wetting the bed" she pees when she sleeps, not always but sometimes, then she gets extremly scared when there is thunder and drools and shakes and crys and sits almost on top of you.(shes a big dog).
