How do you deal with an agressive neighbours dog?

Since you have already made your neighbors aware of the problemand they haven't done anything to control their dog, contact the authorities. You don't want to take the chance of having yourself or a visitor to your home injured. The dog might only be "fence agressive", but you can't take chances! Until something is done, I would arm myself with pepper spray – and use it if I felt at all threatened.
