Head Tilt

Strokes in dogs are not common, but contrary to a lot of misconception, they can and do occur. However, they are much different than in humans in several ways. In humans, one side of the face will suddenly start to droop, or one side of the body becomes partially or totally paralyzed. This does not happen with dogs; instead they will develop a very sudden head tilt, start to circle and than fall, or lose control of their legs.
